Oily Skin

CC Pro-Tip

Add a drop to your moisturizer for daily upkeep. The trio of powerhouses for oily skin help keep skin bright and congestion-free!

Why This?

The Specialist features a trio of actives that have specifically been tailored to target oily skin concerns (especially acne). This formula can be used as a spot treatment, mask, or even as a booster for a daily pick-me-up.

Chemical Exfoliants

18% Mandelic Acid: an Alpha Hydroxy Acid representative. More gentle than Glycolic and Lactic Acid, yet still able to penetrate to clean out pores.

2% Salicylic Acid: a Beta Hydroxy Acid known for its anti-microbial, deep pore-clearing exfoliating action.

Killer Antioxidant

5% Niacinamide: a multi-functional workhorse. Niacinamide is one of the few ingredients out there that reduces the appearance of pores, regulates sebum production, brightens skin, and boosts skin barrier function over time.

Honestly Surprised!

Had been following CC on IG for awhile now. Was considering the Baby Steps before I read about this product. Decided to go with The Specialist because of my skin condition. I stay in a humid country and have always had black heads all over my nose ever since puberty (I am now in my 30s :D). After every visit to the facial, the "dirt" accumulated will be gone and the pores will be clean but only for a few days and it will be back to the little black dots again on my nose (regardless how hard i try to make sure I keep my skin clean). Facial is now out of reach due to covid-19 and you can imagine the horror for not having my monthly visits. Once I got this product, I tried it on my nose and to my surprise within 2 days the blackheads were visibly lesser, without trying to squeeze or clean it. Been applying for more than 2 weeks now and the nose area will be less oily even after a full day working in a non air-conditioned area. Would love to recommend this for those who have acne and spots issues.
